Monitoring -
A widespread outage affecting major global service providers is currently causing partial disruptions to some Kustom systems.
We are aware of ongoing global issues impacting multiple services, including Amazon Cloud Services, Microsoft, and other major providers.
As a result, Kustom is experiencing partial disruptions with certain payment partners. This affects order management, capture registration, refund processing and support capabilities.
Merchants with Microsoft SSO may be experiencing issues with logging in to the portal.Additionally, our phone lines and inbound chat services are partially degraded due to issues with our communication supplier.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
