Checkout not loading for some merchants

Resolved

Between 15:08 and 16:07 CEST on 12 October 2026, Kustom Checkout experienced degraded performance. During this period, some checkout sessions failed to load for a subset of merchants.

The issue has been fully resolved, and checkout has been operating normally since 16:07 CEST. We are continuing to monitor the service closely.

The issue is fixed. Between about 15:08 and 16:07 CEST, some merchants couldn’t load Kustom Checkout. Checkouts are working normally again. We’re monitoring to make sure everything stays stable.

Identified

Since 15:08 CEST, some merchants have problems loading Kustom Checkout. We’ve found the cause and are working on a fix. We’ll post another update soon.
